Between 55 and 60 scholarships are available to professionals and volunteers from over 40 countries through the CrossCulture Program (CCP) Fellowships. The recipients of the scholarships are required to work for sponsor companies in Germany or other CCP partner nations for a period of two to three months. In the process, they expand their area of expertise, establish beneficial connections, and enhance their intercultural abilities. Subsequently, the host organizations capitalize on the scholarship holders’ local expertise, specialized knowledge, and networks.

Furthermore, the CCP offers networking events, transcultural seminars, and specialized activities for participants. Upon their return, they will integrate the experiences they have gained abroad into their roles at their native organization.

Scholarships for the 2025 CCP Fellowships are available on-site. Scholarship recipients may also participate in the program online, contingent upon their unique circumstances and the current admissions requirements. The application deadline for Germany’s CrossCulture Fellowship Program 2025 is December 5, 2024.

What transpires after the submission of the application?

Every candidate will receive an email verifying that their documents have been received once they have accessed the application portal. Following the application deadline, applicants who are suitable for the position will be invited to participate in a selection interview.

The final selected applicants will probably receive an email informing them of their program participation in March or April of 2025. Afterward, the program will be accessible to participants from May to November 2025.

Applicants who are not selected will also receive an email indicating their status. They will receive a rejection without any additional justification.
