Requirements for the 2025 Bi Presidential Scholarship:
- To be considered, candidates must hold at least an “A” aggregate GPA on the ECTS scale or the highest possible grade on foreign grading scales.
- Sivøk applicants must be in their third year of the program.
- Candidates who possess international citizenship from the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or Norwegian citizenship.
- Citizens of non-EU/EEA nations who reside in Norway may be eligible, contingent upon their residency status. Please consult the list provided on this page to determine eligibility. If you meet this criteria, please submit confirmation of residency with your scholarship application letter.
- International applicants (of all nationalities) who relocated to Norway for their undergraduate education will complete their 180-credit bachelor’s degree in Norway during the spring of the application year. It is prohibited for applicants from outside the EU or EEA to take a sabbatical between the completion of their bachelor’s degree and the commencement of their master’s program.
- Applicants who have been admitted to a Master of Science program at the Bergen or Oslo campuses, except for the BI-Luiss Joint Masters in Marketing program.

- International candidates who submit applications for the BI Presidential Scholarship are eligible for the MSc International Scholarship. There is no requirement for a different scholarship application letter.
